Job Summary
As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver a seamless dining experience to our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, show them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Communicate orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
