Job Summary

To ensure that all investigation activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant laws under the purview of MCMC and within the prescribed timeline, with the ultimate objective, to achieve successful prosecution.

Job Responsibilities

-To adhere to nursing schedules which consist of rotating shifts to cover 24-hour patient care.
-To solve customer/ patients’ problems and complaints.
-To adhere to the Nursing Department and our hospital’s procedures, policies and standards in executing daily task and keeping up to date with changes.
-To maintain infection control and prevention practices in the hospital.
-To interact with customers/ patients and family in a caring and confident manner while maintaining customers/ patients confidentially.
-To learn about the hospital’s products or services and keep up-to-date with changes.
-To supervise the works carried out by staff from supporting category.
To communicate and coordinate with internal departments on all medical appointments and its related matters.

Qualification & Work Experience

-Diploma/ Degree in Nursing and registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and possess valid practicing certificate
-Candidate must be a STATE REGISTERED NURSE (SRN) with/without working experience in hospital
-Commendable leadership and people management skills with strong sense of responsibility, commitment, high level of team spirit and self-discipline
-Ability to clearly and concisely communicate medical information to non-medical team/customers/patients at all levels
– Able to work in a challenging and vibrant environment
